Prices listed are for customers who pre-pay for services or who have credit/debit card or bank check draft information on file. We require credit/debit card or check draft information for immediate payment upon completion of work. Your credit/debit card will always be charged the next day after service of your service day. A billing account can be set up and you will be billed at the end of the month. Terms are Net TEN DAYS. This means if we do not receive payment by the TENTH day of the next month you will be charged a $10.00 dollar late fee, and payment will be made through your credit/debit card. All accounts not paid will be suspended pending payment. Bad credit/debit cards and or non payment of your account will be filled as a LIEN on your property and sent to our collection agency. Any and all court charges, collection agency charges will be added to your account.
Our Schedule
We work Monday through Friday with Saturdays to help make up for any weather delays. We will be in certain cities on certain days, and you will be provided with a specific service day for your lawn. We make every effort to maintain the same route every week. Our crews will attempt to arrive about the same time each week. We cannot guarantee an exact time each service day. Weather will be a factor on some days and is to be expected. If you think it is too wet please call 24 hours in advance to skip a service. Three skips per season are allowed, after that you go on a Bi-Weekly schedule and the Bi-Weekly rates go into effect.
Service Cancellations
We will try our best to keep you as a customer from season to season. Most of our clients have been with us for several seasons! If you wish to cancel service please give us 24 hours notice. If cancellation is before the 4 cut minimum, then you will be charged for the Bi-Weekly rate.
Pets
Please put your pets inside on the day your lawn is to be cut. We can not be responsible for pets escaping your yard. Please pick up after your pets, we do not like stepping in that stuff either.
Trash And Debris
Our crews will pick up paper blown into your yard (cups etc.) but do not expect them to move piles of garbage, limbs , or lumber to mow you lawn. It will be mowed around or in a safety situation they will pack up and leave. Our crew's safety comes first, always.
